Terms And Conditions

All our products on Buy-It-Now and Bids are Brand New unless specified.

We cannot be held responsible for manufacturing fault, but we will be happy to replace the faulty item or issue a refund, provided that, it has been reported to our customer service within 24 hours of accepting the shipment.

If the item is not delivered at the given address, Please follow our report lost product questionnaire.

All our product pictures are used for illustrative purpose only; they may differ in the colour and packaging. We try our best to produce identical pictures for listing, but sometimes manufactures constantly update the look and specifications of the products and it might not be possible to update the listing on our website accordingly for some period. We will try to indicate the difference on our listings wherever it is applicable.

Please be aware, we would not compromise on the quality of the product you receive in this case. We’ll always send the latest product to our customers.

All our products are usually covered with return to base warranty against craftsmanship and faults, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to serve you with the options available.

PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED WITH IN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE IF FOUND TO BE FAULTY, IN COMPLETE AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEND A REPLACEMENT ITEM, UNTIL WE RECEIVE THE FAULTY ONE AT OUR PREMISES.

WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND ANY SHIPPING COSTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

THE PROCESSING TIME OF THE ORDER IS 5 - 7 WORKING DAYS, IF CUSTOMER CHOOSES TO PAY BY PERSONNEL CHEQUE,OR CROSSED POSTAL ORDERS AND UN-CROSSED ARE CONSIDERED AS CASH.

WE ARE ABLE TO TRACK PARCEL FORCE AND DHL SHIPMENTS ONLY, BUT WE’LL TRY OUR BEST TO TRACK ROYAL MAIL AS FAR AS WE CAN.

Payment Options and Methods

We accept following type of payments:

  • PayPal: PayPal is the easiest way of online payment. We prefer PayPal, then any other payment option as of its security for our customers. It is safe, reliable and fast.
  • Cheques: We do accept personnel cheques made out to GIFT GALLERY LTD.
  • Postal Orders: We accept both crossed and un-crossed Postal Orders, but we prefer UN-CROSSED as Crossed Postal Orders takes more time to clear, therefore increasing the order processing time.
  • Cash on Delivery: We also accept Cash on Delivery, if the customer chooses to pick the item from our store which will incur 20% surcharge.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY:

We try to ship every order on the day of receiving cleared payments to our accounts. The estimated delivery for our items is 3 to 5 days, but this can be more if customer chooses Personnel cheques or postal orders as the method of payment, as they take more time to clear. So, it depends how quickly the customer completes Checkout, and the time elapsed for clearing payments.

REPORT LOST PRODUCT QUESTIONNAIRE:

Sometimes, if the customer is not available at the address, generally the postman leaves a card at the address stating the location of the product as their local depot and contact address of the Shipping Company, so that the customer can pick it up at his own convenient time, or they try to deliver it again 2 more times. These shipments are generally held for 2 weeks at the local depot and then sent back to us at un-delivered items.
If you have not received the product within estimated delivery time period, then:

  1. Please check, if there is any Notification Card from shipping service.
  2. Sometimes, the Postman does not leave a calling card and takes the shipment back to depot. So, please visit your local depot and check at the unclaimed items department.
  3. If still there is any problem, contact our customer services. We’ll try to track the shipment.
PLEASE NOTE:
We are able to track PARCEL FORCE and DHL shipments only, but we’ll try our best to track ROYAL MAIL as far as we can. If the product is costly, or you need it urgently, please contact Customer Service, to arrange a delivery by PARCEL FORCE or DHL.

If we are not able to track the shipment, our Customer Service Department will contact you with further available options.

Return Policy

We accept returns for the products, in only 2 cases

CASE 1: If they are:

  • There is a serious malfunctioning or it is not working at all.
  • The product supplied is different, then the product description on the website.
  • It is damaged in shipping.
In this case, please contact us within 24 hours of accepting the delivery. We will try to arrange an uplift of the item, and process an exchange or refund as soon as the possible.

CASE 2 : We do accept the returns, if the product is not up to the customer’s expectations, or it’s an unwanted gift purchased from us. There will be a restocking fee on the item returned and shipping the item back to us is customer’s responsibility.
