ESTIMATED DELIVERY:We try to ship every order on the day of receiving cleared payments to our accounts. The estimated delivery for our items is 3 to 5 days, but this can be more if customer chooses Personnel cheques or postal orders as the method of payment, as they take more time to clear. So, it depends how quickly the customer completes Checkout, and the time elapsed for clearing payments.
REPORT LOST PRODUCT QUESTIONNAIRE:Sometimes, if the customer is not available at the address, generally the postman leaves a card at the address stating the location of the product as their local depot and contact address of the Shipping Company, so that the customer can pick it up at his own convenient time, or they try to deliver it again 2 more times. These shipments are generally held for 2 weeks at the local depot and then sent back to us at un-delivered items.
If you have not received the product within estimated delivery time period, then:
- Please check, if there is any Notification Card from shipping service.
- Sometimes, the Postman does not leave a calling card and takes the shipment back to depot. So, please visit your local depot and check at the unclaimed items department.
- If still there is any problem, contact our customer services. We’ll try to track the shipment.
PLEASE NOTE:We are able to track PARCEL FORCE and DHL shipments only, but we’ll try our best to track ROYAL MAIL as far as we can. If the product is costly, or you need it urgently, please contact Customer Service, to arrange a delivery by PARCEL FORCE or DHL.
